用 途:
主要適用于紙機(jī)的網(wǎng)前篩選。漿料工作濃度在0.5-1.2%之間。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
雜質(zhì)在篩鼓外側(cè)受轉(zhuǎn)子運(yùn)動(dòng)的離心力作用而遠(yuǎn)離篩鼓,使之對(duì)篩鼓表面的磨損少,延長了篩鼓的使用壽命。
在通過旋翼的瞬間,漿流的自身旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)抵消了部分正脈沖,因此旋翼形成的正壓脈沖相應(yīng)減小,使得漿料進(jìn)行了溫和篩選。
脈沖的降低也有益于漿料在壓力穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài)進(jìn)入紙機(jī)流漿箱,從而使紙機(jī)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),減少斷頭。
該設(shè)備通過量大、能耗低,篩選效率高,尾渣量小。
Application:
As a screening equipment before paper machine, the working consis- tency of approach screen is around 0.5-1.2%.
Design Features
Under the pressure of centrifugal movement from rotor, the impurity moves around the outside part of screen basket. Since the impurity moves quite far away from screen basket, the service life of screen basket can be increased due to less wear.
The pulp rotating movement offsets some part of positive pulse at the moment that it flows through rotor, thus the positive pulse created by the rotor decreases, which results in mild screening of impurity from pulp.
Lower pulse help in sending pulp into headbox of paper machine in a stable condition so that the paper machine can run stably and less broken ends can be created.
The design of inflow approach screen helps in more througput, lower energy consumption,higher screening efficiency and less rejects.
