ZSM系列低脈沖網(wǎng)前篩是現(xiàn)代紙機上漿系統(tǒng)的心臟。特殊設計的,易于安裝、可調(diào)脈沖的雙旋翼轉子結構,使低脈沖網(wǎng)前篩篩選平穩(wěn),脈沖最低。
特殊設計的能在篩縫附近產(chǎn)生理想湍流的波紋篩板,以及總能保持旋翼與篩鼓之間恒定距離,加強轉子對篩框凈化作用的結構,避免了掛漿、絮聚等問題的發(fā)生。
特殊設計的、位于篩鼓和旋翼轉子下方的良漿管結構,使篩選后的良漿從篩的各個側面流向良漿口,使良漿流送平穩(wěn)、無脈沖。
高精度的處理和特殊的制造工藝,能有效地阻止?jié){團的形成和濃度的變化。

Design Features
With its special-designed,conveniently-installed and pulse-adjustable
twin-propeller rotor,ZSM series low-pulse approach screen achieves its stable
screening and the lowest pulse
The special-designed corrugated screen plate can pro- duce ideal turbulent
flow near the screen cut.It can keep a constant clearance between rotor and
screen basket all the time. The rotor structure helps in purifying screen
basket.All of these help in avoiding stopping up or block- ing up and
flocculating of the stock
The structure of special-designed accepts pipe located under the screen
basket and rotor helps in delivering the screened accepts flows to the accepts
outlet from all sides of the screen. It results in stable and nonpulse de-
livery of accepts.
High precision processing and special manufacturing technologies help in
preventing pulp lump from forming and the pulp consistency from fluctuating.
