ZSQ系列輕渣分離器/ ZSQ Series Light Impurity Separator
用 途 ：
主要用于廢紙制漿生產(chǎn)中處理粗篩選工段的輕雜質(zhì)及尾漿。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點：
主要由殼體、出漿盤、篩板、轉(zhuǎn)子裝置、傳動轉(zhuǎn)置等組成。殼體成倒圓錐形、凹凸頂結(jié)構(gòu)有利于強大渦流形成，并有助于輕雜質(zhì)的有效排出及重雜質(zhì)的沉降。
該設(shè)備采用升流進漿的方式，利用轉(zhuǎn)子的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，在殼體內(nèi)產(chǎn)生強大的渦流，輕雜渣質(zhì)聚集在渦流中心，從殼體中心部排出;纖維束和漿料在轉(zhuǎn)子和篩板間得到進一步疏解，
良漿通過篩板由良漿口排出;重雜質(zhì)沉淀在篩板外側(cè)的沉渣溝中，定期通過沉渣罐排出。Application：

Design Features:
Mainly composed of machine body, pulp outlet plate, screen plate, rotor
device, drive device, etc. The machine body is designed in special structure to
achieve strong turbulence so as to separate the fiber, light reject and heavy
reject, as well as to remove the light reject and heavy reject.
Adopting pulping feeding in upflow form, the high-speed rotation of the
rotor, which produces a strong turbulence inside the screeen, which is gathered
in the center of the vortex and is discharged from the center of the screen.
Fiber bundle and stock are defibered between rotor and screen plate. The accepts
is discharged out of accept outlet through screen plate. The heavy impurities
accumulates in the rejects groove outside the screen plate and is periodically
discharged through the sediment tank.
