ZXJ系列新式真空洗漿機(jī)/ ZXJ Series Vacuum Pulp Washer
用 途 ：
本設(shè)備是一種新型平面閥鼓式結(jié)構(gòu)真空洗漿機(jī)。能相繼完成漿料過(guò)濾濃縮、洗滌、剝漿三個(gè)工藝過(guò)程。廣泛用于各種漿料的漂前和漂后洗滌。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及工作原理：
真空洗漿機(jī)由轉(zhuǎn)鼓、分配閥、洗滌裝置、剝漿裝置、傳動(dòng)裝置、螺旋輸送、和槽體等組成。
分配閥將轉(zhuǎn)鼓整個(gè)園周分成真空區(qū)、剝漿和排氣區(qū)。轉(zhuǎn)鼓轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一周，每個(gè)排液口先后通過(guò)真空區(qū)和剝漿排氣區(qū)。實(shí)現(xiàn)漿料的洗滌濃縮、剝漿和排氣過(guò)程。
本設(shè)備新型的轉(zhuǎn)鼓和閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)能形成高真空度從而提高產(chǎn)量。新型的刮刀裝置提高下料干度。
新型的噴淋裝置更好提高洗凈度。新型結(jié)構(gòu)槽體實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
Application:
Vacuum Pulp Washer is a new type machine in structure of flat valve drum. It
can carry out three functions during production process with stock thickening,
washing and peeling-off pulp. Vacuum Pulp Washer is widely used in washing
process for various type of pulp before and after bleaching process.
Design Features:
Vacuum Pulp Washer is composed of drum, distributing valve, washing device,
pulp peeling device, driving device, screw
conveyor, tank and etc.
The distribution valve divides the drum into the vacuum zone, pulp peeling
zone and air exhausting zone. The drum rotates one circle, each fluid outlet
pass through the vacuum zone, pulp peeling zone and air exhausting zone, which
realizes the process of pulp washing, thickening, peeling and air
exhausting.
The structure of new drum and valve plug can form the
high vacuum degree to improve the production capacity. The doctor blade
design can help to increase the outlet consistency of peeling-off pulp.
The spraying device can achieve excellent cleanness of washing.
The tank structure can help in realizing reliable operation.
